Air Box and Bonnet Scoop

After a little searching on the Internet I managed to find a suitable bonnet scoop from www.carbonmods.co.uk which turned to fit quite well. Using the scoop has allowed me to get the standard Hayabusa air box to fit unmodified.

Fitting was quite easy and was aided by trial fitting with Leon's old bonnet. The bonnet was measured and then cut around the air box then the hole was widened to allow a 2 inch gap of bonnet under the scoop edge. This area was then filled with Tiger Seal and then weighted down for a couple of days to allow the Tiger Seal to set.
