Fitted the headlight mounting bar and bolted to the chassis. Marked and cut the nose cone to accommodate the bar. Marked and the cut out with the Dremmel.
Bolted the headlights to the bar and wanted to hide the cables inside of the bar. Drilled the end and also underneath on both sides. Extended all cables and soldered he joints and insulated with sleeving. Fed the cables through the bar and fitted grommets to stop the cables catching on the edges.
Wired in the lights and tested side lights, dip beam and high beam, all worked fine. Lights will need proper alignment when the car is on it's wheels.
