Engine Floor Panel

Set out to fit the engine floor panel. I have had the panel some time but never got round to fitting it. The panel slides between the chassis and the body tub. I fixed in to place and then trimmed the front edge to be flush with the front of the car. 

On the back edge I will rivet an aluminium strip on to create a lip to rest the centre floor panel. Will have to cut this in to sections as the dry sump is tight to the edge of the floor panel.

I marked the position of the chassis bars with tape and used these as a guide for fixing holes. Will use small self tapping screws to fix through the panel to the chassis.

Will fit the panel once the car is finished and run in, this will be after I change the oil to Silkoline.
