Wing Mirror Mounts

Made up a pair of wing mirror mounts. I plan to fix them to the upright bar on the roll cage to save drilling the scuttle panel. I measured the circumference of the roll cage tubing and then marked up the aluminium bar. I then bent both ends of the bar in the vice and shaped the bar around the roll cage. I then drilled a 6mm hole in the centre of each clamp and cut to size. Finally I sharped the corners on each clamp to remove the sharp edges.

Next I coated the clamps with black powder coat. I then sprayed the powder and put in the oven to cure. When the clamps cool I'll fit the mirrors and clamp them in place.
