RPE Engine Refresh #2

Dismantled the head, first removed the cams and followers. Removed the buckets and shims and recorded the settings.

Removed all of the valve springs and valves, put them in a storage boxes so that I know what valve, bucket, shim, collar etc came from which location.

Removed the valve stem seals, have a new set to install. Found that the exhaust stem seals were not sealing that well and were quite brittle.

The head looks quite dirty and carbon stained. Will look at the best method for cleaning.
