RPE Engine Refresh #9

Lubricated the valve stems before re fitting. Fitted the valve spring seats and the valve springs with the painted end upwards. Used the valve spring compressor to push down the collar to allow fitting of the two cotter halves on each valve. Made sure that the valves and springs went back in the location I removed them from.

All back together, ready for the new cams and shims.
